Dear all:
A probably very naive question.
I have ran CAMB_sources in (number) count mode with 3 windows.
The readme for CAMB_sources says that columns for
**scalar_covariance_output_file** are of the form
L C_11 C_12... C_1n C_21 C_22 .... C_nn
where the fields are ordered T, E, Phi, win_1, win_2..., where Phi is the CMB lensing potential. This is **unclear** to me. Does this mean that in first line of the final matrix above I should read
l, C_TT, C_TE, C_TPhi, C_Twin_1, C_Twin_2, C_Twin_3, C_EE, C_EPhi, C_Ewin_1, C_Ewin_2, C_Ewin_3, C_Phi_Phi, C_Phi_win_1, C_Phi_win_2, C_Phi_win_3, C_win_1_win_1, C_win_1_win_2, C_win_1_win_3, C_win_2_win_2, C_win_2_win_3, C_win_3_win_3 ?
Which does not make up to the total number of elements in my first line which is 37.
The manual is a bit unclear - to me - on this.
Thanking you in advance for any **clear** hint.
Regards
P.O.

Re: Identities of elements in first line of scalar_covarianc
It outputs the full matrix, not just the unique terms, so there 6^2 +1 elements, with the off diagonal elements being redundantly duplicated
