The researcher will work with Prof Andrew Liddle on topics in statistical cosmology with applications specifically to the Dark Energy Survey (DES: www.darkenergysurvey.org) and more generally to the constraining of cosmological models using the developing global cosmological dataset.

The appointment will be for two and a half years, with potential for renewal, starting in September 2014 or as soon as possible thereafter. Informal enquiries may be made to Prof Andrew Liddle ([Log in to view email]). Applications from minorities are strongly encouraged.
