CosmoMC:shaded marginalized likelihoods

Post by Brian Powell » March 31 2009

Hello,

I have a feeling this is a stupid question:

Is it possible to plot 2D marginalized constraints but with a color/shaded marginalized likelihood giving the continuous profile of the posterior in addition to the 1- and 2- sigma solid lines (instead of the shaded mean likelihoods that the Matlab scripts include by default?)

Thanks for any help!

Best,
Brian
