Hi,
I have a few questions. I'm running cosmomc with the params_h.f90 parametrization. I let the running of the spectral index vary in the params.ini file. However I don't find any output files which contain the values for n_run generated by cosmomc. Where can I find this info?
In cosmomc, the num_cls parameters in cmbtypes.f90 can be used to determine whether only TT is used or TT, TE, EE etc. Would setting num_cls = 2 make cosmomc use only the TT and TE data? (This is not clear from the cosmomc readme.)
How can I determine the effective chi-square and reduced chi-square values for my runs?

Re: CosmoMC: running spectral index and other questions
The running is output in the chains as parameter 10 - see the Readme (I think this is the same in params_H).
I think you can't easily run it with just TT and TE, though I've not tried.

Thanks Antony. Yes I figured out how to get n_run. That was just stupidity on my part.
The TT/TE part is what was puzzling us and clears up a lot of things.
Thanks again.
