CosmoMC: 2D Plots

Post by Mario Acero » January 12 2007

Hello everybody,

I would like you to tell me if I am right thinking that the colors appearing in the 2D plots generated by GetDist, are the projection of a third quantity -axis- (which one)?
In addition, is it possible to avoid them? I mean, can I edit GetDist in order to get just the contour lines? May be, should I edit the *.m file?

Thanks for your help,

MarioA

By default the colour is the mean likelihood of the samples - see the shade_meanlikes parameter.
