new wmap code

Post by Brian Powell »

Hello

It looks like the sample Cl files provided in the new wmap likelihood code release have a different column ordering than the Cl files generated by CAMB. When I run the likelihood code on files generated by CAMB I get the error:

TE/sqrt(TT*EE) > 1

at some l. It appears that this is happening because the likelihood code is expecting these values to occupy different columns than they actually do. Can someone verify that this is indeed the problem?

Thanks!
Brian

Yes, the likelihood code appears to use TT/TE/EE columns whereas most CMBFAST derivatives output TT/EE/TE. No idea why.
